Texas Oil Rig

My husband and I invested in an oil well a few years ago. We were invited to travel to the site and see the rig in action. We hoped that we would strike oil the day that we were there. That did not happen. In fact, oil was never struck. This painting is all that we able to reap from that investment. It is a tribute to the men who put their hard work and effort to the cause of creating wealth in this country. Even though wealth is not always the result. This painting is a 16X20 watercolor and sells for $500.
